Image Building recently completed a state-of-the-art pre-engineered hangar and office complex in Coolidge, Arizona. The project features a 25,541-square-foot hangar and a 4,621-square-foot office lean-to, designed to meet the functional demands of modern aviation while delivering a clean, professional aesthetic. The hangar includes two high-performance hydraulic lift doors finished with Galina polycarbonate panels, ensuring efficient and durable aircraft access. The attached office space includes a full mezzanine and a 3′-9″ parapet wall, adding architectural dimension and usability. The exterior showcases 2.5″ thick, 26-gauge Double Mesa insulated metal panels in a dark bronze embossed finish, paired with 24-gauge TReveal panels in Regal White with matte black trim for a sleek, modern contrast. Pre-engineered systems were selected for their clear-span capabilities and long-term energy efficiency, with high R-value materials providing superior thermal performance and visual appeal.
