Image Building Systems successfully completed the construction of the Falcon Field Hangars, comprising a series of meticulously designed and engineered hangars.  Hangars 1-5 and 8-13 feature a single slope design, measuring 501’-4” x 71’-4”, x 34’-10”. Hangars 6-7, also single slope, span 138’-8” x 71’-4” x 34’-10”.  The project incorporates a “bypass” condition for the wall secondary framing, while the wall secondary framing features an “inset” condition to achieve the desired recessed shadow lines around the entries. The roof panels are trapezoidal rib, standing seam, 24-gauge and walls are insulated metal panels combined with horizontal accent panels.  Additionally, the project includes the installation of 26 curbs and 2 roof hatches, all sheeting, and trims for the hangar doors, and framing and load support for a hangar door in each hangar bay.  Project was completed in the summer of 2022.
