Image Building Systems successfully completed the construction of a 62,200-square-foot Safeway supermarket located in Peoria, Arizona. This modern retail facility includes a full-service pharmacy, an expanded Starbucks café with a comfortable seating area for guests, and a designer floral department that enhances the in-store shopping experience.  The building is a hybrid pre-engineered metal building with tube columns, steel embeds, ledger angle, skylights, a structural equipment screen and 22-gauge 1.5” B-deck.  Additionally, the project features four architectural canopies, each finished with clean, streamlined soffit panels that add both visual appeal and functional coverage to key entry areas.
