Located on the same campus as the Buckeye Police Property Facility, the Buckeye Police Department’s new 22,880 SF state-of-the-art training facility is designed to optimize police training with a wide range of amenities. The building is divided into two main sections: one housing office spaces and the other serving as a large vehicle parking and storage garage. This pre-engineered structure was designed and built to seamlessly match the adjacent property evidence building. It is constructed with 2.5-inch insulated metal panels, featuring 26-gauge interior and exterior facings, and provides an R-20 insulation value for enhanced energy efficiency. These panels offer excellent durability, weather resistance, and require minimal maintenance.
